Instructions

Please make sure to change the server (right below the “GO” button) to the i3D.net sever in Newark (which can be found by searching "Newark"). This will ensure an accurate representation of connectivity to our switch as it is the closest to our facility within the city.

Speed Requirements

Ping must be less than 200ms

Jitter must be less than 30ms

Download/Upload must be 1mbps per concurrent call on the same network
